Information Required for Reservation: We require a one night deposit be charged at the time of making the reservation, with the full amount remaining balance due at check-in. A one night deposit is required for each room reserved.

Cancellation Policy for Lodging Rooms: All cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to the date of reservation, for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to notify us with your cancellation 14 days in advance will result in a non-refundable deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the reserved room/rooms. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $25 irregardless if cancellation is made 14 days prior to date of check in.

Large Groups (more than 2 rooms) & Sturgis Rally: Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, remaining balance due 10 days prior to check-in.

Rollaway: $10 per night
Extra adults: $10 per night for all rooms that have more than the standard occupancy.

Check-In is at 2:30pm, Check-Out is at 10:00am

Closed Dec. 1 thru April 1.
